What If it Were Easy to Quit Your Alcohol Addiction?

I listen to before drinking to almost 21 years. Since then I have to overcome very aware and interested in stories about alcoholism and men to alcoholism. Unfortunately, it seems that most people who have a struggle with their addiction, alcoholism all her life. If he or she did not quit drinking, it seems as if it is a never-ending desire for another drink. Think of alcohol each day ..... but they know they can not drink, so keeping up with will power to staysober.

I'm not saying this is wrong. For some people this is what they can do and have to do to stay sober. Great! But I know for myself, it would have been too difficult for me to use willpower to stop drinking. When you have willpower you always have to keep your guard up because you're dealing with fighting off your own thoughts about drinking---"I have to stay sober" or "I wish I didn't want to have a brandy but I won't, by God I won't"....willpower.

What if you sat down one Day --- --- perhaps alone in your room. Have silence. Sit and think about your life. Let's say you're an alcoholic. You're messing up your life more every day, can not stand your family to you if you drink, you can not even call into work one days sick (hung over), because they are fishing for your secret. Need I say more?

Now, think about the life you do not want. Write it down if you want. See alcohol as something that was in your life for the time it was, but it is notwould be more. You may be thinking, "but I have to go to AA and quit." Well, if you believe that to do it. AA is a great organization. But I am something that I have personally get people ticked me off when I say: You can say quit on your own alcohol. If you believe in God and / or spirituality, you have it easier because you aspire to something greater than themselves.

End With God / spirituality, a real pleasure, and a plan, you can do it. That's how ithappened to me. Could it be that it may be easier to quit alcohol than you had imagined?
